1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, creating a workspace, or using FastReply in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

FastReply provides a cloud-based software platform that enables businesses and creators to automate direct messages and public comments triggered by keyword interactions on connected Instagram posts and Reels via Meta's official Graph API.

3. Account Eligibility & Authorized Use

You may only connect Instagram accounts that you legally own or for which you have explicit administrative authorization. You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately inform FastReply of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Meta Platform Policies & Anti-Spam Compliance

You agree to strictly comply with all Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, Commercial Terms, and relevant consumer protection laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA). You explicitly agree that:

• You will not configure campaigns that send deceptive, misleading, malicious, fraudulent, or harassing messages.
• You will not promote prohibited goods or services, including illegal content, scams, or predatory schemes.
• You will respect follower requests to opt out of automated communications.
• FastReply reserves the absolute right to throttle, pause, or terminate any campaign or account that violates Meta policies, triggers elevated spam complaints, or jeopardizes our platform reputation.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Cancellations

Subscription fees for FastReply plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during registration. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your workspace settings; your plan will remain active until the end of the paid billing period, with no refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Third-Party Dependencies & API Disclaimers

FastReply relies on Meta's external Graph API to detect webhooks and deliver direct messages. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime cloud infrastructure, FastReply cannot be held liable for disruptions, rate limit throttling, or policy modifications initiated by Meta or third-party telecommunications networks beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all text, images, videos, trademarks, and links you publish through FastReply. FastReply retains all exclusive right, title, and interest in and to our platform, software, codebase, brand logos, algorithms, and documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, audience reach, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FastReply immediately and without prior notice in the event of any material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive activity threatening platform infrastructure.
